How is Career Development Coaching delivered?
This comprehensive and accelerated career coaching program is delivered through a combination of intensive one-on-one sessions with your Career Coach, along with appropriately recommended strategies, tools and activities.

We always begin with a 20-30 minute phone chat (at no cost to you!) to get to know you, allow you to test the chemistry with your Career Coach and for both of us to ensure we’re confident you’ll get your desired outcomes.
assessments
Before you even have your first session with your Career Coach, you’ll receive targeted assessments which enable you to hit the ground running in your sessions. and fast-track your progress.
coaching
You will have three one-on-one sessions with your Career Coach, up to 90 minutes in duration. These sessions are held in a virtual meeting room enabling all the benefits of face-to-face discussion along with time efficiency and considerable cost savings.
Home-based activities
Progress will be made outside of the sessions, as you’re asked to complete valuable targeted activities using cutting-edge career coaching tools and methodologies.

Evidence-based career coaching tools, frameworks, activities and methodologies
including the only Strengths Assessment that highlights what you love to do, gives you energy and unlocks your hidden talents.
Sometimes a 4th session may be desired, depending on what you want to achieve and the pace you're comfortable with through the preceding sessions. Interest in additional interview preparation and role playing is a good example where an extra session may be needed. Optional additional sessions can be discussed with your Career Coach at the conclusion of the coaching program.
